Being a teen can be overwhelming and exciting. Every one says that teens don’t care about health, heart attacks, cancer or dying-only about hair, nails, weight and cloths. Teens don’t care to learn about nutrition. They think everyone is against them, even nature seemed to be plotting against them at that age and endowed them stringy hair or bad breath. Fatigue or crabbiness for no reason seemed to be almost daily events and
binging, of loosening weight and gaining it back, of depression and exhaustion and the secondary effects on the thyroid, the brain, the intestinal tract. This is a cycle that begins and ends in tears and feelings of loss of control.
