…about them. That was negligence too. Why somebody has to be protected and somebody not? We are all the same people. God created us with same body: with two arms and legs, with brain and every thing is same. Why the presidents or commanders of those countries are not punished? Is not it the same situation? I think here is not difference. So my opinion is parents are guilty, but they should not be punished.
