…church I participate in numerous activities, such as the Sunday School department as well as the Youth Department, within these areas there are weekly schedule meetings that are organized by the Youth President and Sunday Superintendent, due to my improper organization skills I at times neglect these schedule meetings which disable my capacity to be an effective leader in these areas. Therefore when I achieve these organization skills I’ll be a more productive person.
