Poor Little Rich Boy

Everyone has heard the saying, “from rags to riches”. What if you were in a situation where that saying was reversed? Would it change you forever? …change in Alex’s personality, but in this situation, I like to look at it as positive. From the beginning of this novel, through to the end, we see Alex change a lot more than he would if his family were never taken away. His morals, values, and his view on life transform significantly. All in all, Alex grows up much faster than he was meant, to and becomes a lot wiser in the process.
