Population Control in China

I feel that the family planning program in China is a necessity, yet when I think about it, it seems all wrong. It is really hard to decipher whether their actions are wrong or right because they really aren’t either. …china. Fines or less access to free medical isn’t anything to a well off person; after all they have the money anyway. If a wealthy person in china decides to have a child they do not have to endure the mental and physical trials that a less wealthy person would have to go through. So I cannot say that I agree with this policy, unfortunately I do find it necessary to have these restrictions.
