Powell/Rumsfeld Differences

One has to ask their self, did the Navy Seal who fell from the helicopter and was then executed by the combatants we are fighting have the same opportunity to life as the combatants being held by the Americans as detainees? Did he have the people he was fighting against fighting for his rights as a prisoner – as a human?
