When a person goes to the doctor and receives a prescription for medicine, the patient assumes the pharmacy will provide the right drug. …doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and technicians. The medicines themselves have changed greatly in the many years since drugs like Penicillin were invented. It’s about time that the methods used to dispense drugs became more safe and accurate. With so many new drugs available, the old-fashioned way of distributing prescription drugs won’t work well any more. Fortunately some pharmacists and doctors seem to be taking steps in the right direction. Hopefully, the rest will follow.
