Pride and Prejudice

Jane Austen’s, Pride and Prejudice is a great book that displays a lot of feelings and false impressions. The entire book progresses around a family and their involvement with individuals of a higher status, but for the most part Jane Austen focuses on Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy. The title of this book consists of the themes of the novel, but the initial title of the book was to be “First Impressions.” I feel that …

…much prejudice against the idea considering the wealth that her daughter is getting married into. The title Pride and Prejudice is a very fit title for this book because it associates very well to many of the characters and it is important in showing the importance of the book as a whole.
