To me it seems like John is suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. He is showing all of the signs of paranoid schizophrenia such as the audio hallucinations, delusions, and is starting to turn to violence if someone where to come towards him. …and send them toward the building of homes for the mentally ill. I know that it may be hard to find all the mentally ill who are living on the street, but I think that once we find them and give them somewhere to go it will be better in the long run for the mentally ill and it will keep the streets looking better without all of them just stuck living on the streets.
