…it were a success, there would never have been a strike in the town of Pullman. He failed to realize, if labor was decreased then the rents had to be decreased as well. He was too much of a parent to town, making the corporation keep a watchful eye over it. Not allowing the people to vote or make any decisions concerning the town.
