…this trail would never go so far, if at all. Racism plays a big role in this novel. It affects the lives of everyone and their families. If people were not racist, all of the events that have taken place would not have happened. A society should learn from events that have taken place and make a change for a better outcome. With these changes, people can come together and live their lives more peacefully.
