…the power of states in regard to the civil liberties of the rights granted to U.S. citizens under feral law apply to each state citizen with in their respective state and apply to state law. The Constitution guarantees rights to all people living in the United States and though it may take time and a fight, those rights will eventually come. Complete equality is still in the distance, but it is rapidly coming closer.
