People who play out the opposite gender roles are occasionally encountered but it is generally hard for them to be accepted. As time has progressed people have been able to accept others differences more so then they were accepted 10 years ago. But those who portray opposite gender roles still have a long hard …

…and has helped our society view our gender roles in a different light. She has challenged the roles and for the most part she has won. She has been accepted into our lives and granted that opportunity to many other people. It was hard for her to get to where she is today, but the struggle has helped make today’s society more willing to see where others like her are going to take us.
