Ressurection A Tale of Two Cities

Resurrection "Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt" (Daniel 12:2). Dickens uses the theme resurrection to give the reader a break in the tragic story of violence. Since Dickens is a Christian man, he felt he had to give the reader a touch of the Bible throughout his writngs of A Tale of Two Cities.
