…yell at the referee. The rage has started to rub of on me! Then I think to myself, what does it feel like to be the ref? Try and put yourself in the ref’s position next time you feel the urge to spout some rage at the ref, or the other team, or anyone involved in the game. After all, it is just a game, and games are meant to be played for fun.
