There are many circumstances and state of affairs children are facing in today’s world. These situations are not only viewed on television, read about in magazines, or heard of on the news; they can be found here in Missouri, no matter the county or location. Some examples include violent deaths at a young age, children living in poverty, high school dropouts, and children growing up in single parent households. Not only are these conditions …

…of the following: poverty among children, high school dropouts, teenage pregnancy, single parent families, and emotional disorders. It is how the community accesses the problems and dysfunctions that make a society unique. I believe younger generations will continue to be faced with similar predicaments the older generations have overcome.
