Salvation

In the essay “salvation” by Langston Hughes, the author shows how forcing religion can negatively impact a child’s mind. …the experience if only there was someone there to show me the true meaning and value of my day to day activities. It was not until a few years into my career that I found a few mentors of my own to “show me the ropes”. It is a shame to know that I cannot turn back the hands of time and do things over and get the most out of life’s little lessons.
