…We have to show that there is significant social impairment to make it illegal. In same-sex marriage, there isn’t any harm. Speculation is the cousin hysteria; tradition has been related to civil injustices (Cabaj, 207). Same-sex marriage is no cause for panic among the conservatives. Gay couples should be allowed to form this marital relationship that specifies all the mutual rights and responsibilities of heterosexual marriage. Would you not allow them to share this right?
