…vouchers. What about determining a students capacity to learn before thay are sent somewhere they cannot handle. Sending them to a school based on their abilities would be much better. In Conclusion In conclusion, I do not think that vouchers should be done away with, just modified slightly. Instead of basing them on income, base them on a students’ abilities. In this way, I believe we could fix the problems that already plague school vouchers.
