Segregation

In the past, many groups of people have been seen down on and are even hurt by another group that believes that they are supreme. In the United States of America, the African American group has been seen down on by the “white” group. There was segregation between these two groups for many years. …other words, the whites are paying certain Negro newspapers not to say certain materials in their papers. This shows that the whites are trying to control what their opinions are in the papers. Booker T. Washington and W.E.B. Du Bois had shown their own strategies in how to deal with some of the problems that faced many Black Americans. Segregation and discrimination was very high in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
