It has been nearly six months since the tragic day of September 11, 2001, and the entire nation has become a truly different place. In the wake of the disaster, we have had to change the way we do things. In particular, the overall security of our nation has taken on an entirely new meaning. …complete disaster, it likely benefited us in some ways. The most important fact is that it open a lot of eyes, by that I mean it made many realize we are just like every other country; we can be brought to our knees. As for myself, I am anxious to see how long this war on terrorism lasts. Although the actual fighting may come to an end soon, the threat of terrorism may last forever.
