Sexism in the workplace

Ben’s behavior towards Rhonda would be considered sexual harassment because he made sexually orientated comments to her. This started with their first meeting when George introduced her to Ben and he said, “if I had known you had a shape like that, I would have hired you myself”. This comment immediately made Rhonda feel uncomfortable around Ben even though she didn’t let it show. What Ben said to Rhonda is sexual harassment. But …

Most successful corporations have a very strict policy on sexual harassment and with the new laws all corporations have to follow.
