Is sexual harassment against men recognized in today’s workplace? Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment. When submission to or rejection of this conduct affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment, the harassment should be reported. Everyday we hear about women that feel they have been sexually harassed,
homosexual, per se. That is to say, effeminate men or guys who are 'different' in some other way are often exposed to harassment and teasing much more vicious than women.
