Sexual harassment is a term misunderstood and misused by many everyday. This term started to be used more frequently during the 90’s and now is a term that is used all too often. …prove his innocence in most cases when it should be that the accuser has to prove that the accused is guilty. If this were changed then it would alleviate a lot of the problems that we face. Sexual harassment is a major problem but each case needs to be looked at carefully because of the injustice that is all too often served in our justice system when it comes to the problem of sexual harassment.
