Should people base their decisions on their reasons, or feelings?

…where a person is at the moment a decision is made. And finally, reason will work effectively for everyone, not just those in touch with their feelings. While feelings may be taken into consideration for the decision of something, it is not enough to decide on alone. Reason is necessary for being successful at solving problems and a wise person should never be hasty and come to a conclusion without reasonably thinking everything over first.
