Skiing vs. Snowboarding

When a person is asked the question, what’s the difference between skiing and snowboarding? They might answer with a simple statement such as, nothing really, or they may respond with, wow! There is such and difference, how can I even begin to explain. Skiing and snowboarding have their differences and similarities to compare. …seems to be more of a relaxed way to let energy out whereas snowboarding has a few more factors to consider before hitting the slopes. I think that skiing will always stick with adults and youth, but I am anxious to see the day when we see not only teens and children with snowboards, but when someone’s grandmother is out on the slopes, getting ready to fly down the mountain on her new board.
