I hope that one day people will look back on my legacy and say, “Susan Brockwell Anthony was such an incredible woman.” Since the time I was born, February 15, 1820, I’ve always tried to achieve the best. …old friends come to visit my grave. Once in 1920 someone cam to tell me that my efforts were very worth while, they announced the great Constitution giving women the right to vote. It is only sad that I was not living to see this glorious occasion occurred. I guess people at my last speech took heed when I said, “ The fight must not cease; you must see that it does not stop . . . Failure is impossible.”
