This figure will give us a percentage of operating expenses as compared to gross income, or how much operating expense is there to make $1 of gross income. For the last four quarters RCCU’s efficiency ratio has been hovering in the low seventy-percentile range. Our goal is to keep our efficiency ratio at or below 65%.
