…tackled a very controversial subject in a manner that was profession and scientific. It was written so that the general population could understand the science that was contained in within. As a strength and conditioning coach at the professional level I see the differences in black and white athletes daily. This book offered some explanation as to why that is. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in sport, evolution, or genetics.
