We surmised that while teen pregnancy has been a topic of great discussion in the media, it really hasn’t been as rampant and such a problem as it has been made out to be. …in the rate of VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), down 11 percent in the last year and 17 percent since 1996. The rise in the total cesarean rate was widespread – increases were observed among woman of all ages and races and in 45 of the 50 states.
