…kept up-to-date with decisions made and changes occurring, as the computerisation of Innovative Plastics may cause concern as to job-loss (employees put out of jobs as computers take over what they do) and computer ‘illiteracy’ (where their employees find learning how to use the new system difficult). They will need training and support as the new system is introduced, and to be kept up-to-date with what is happening to prevent a decrease in morale/motivation.
