The idea of developing a proclamation of a school’s key values is realistic and innovative for any university. It is the responsibility of any higher-level educational institute to promote values, to teach students to reason ethically and to cultivate the character of students, because the universities were founded as a method of preparing students for success in the real world. The school needs to maintain the integrity of its assertion of values before it can expect to promote this quality within the school.
