…will differ drastically. A person in Iraq will tell you that the United States is guilty of unacceptable hubris. Hubris can be acted out in unacceptable and acceptable ways. The examples shown prove both cases and clarify the distinctions between each. In moderation, hubris can be affective and safe. Use it too much and too often, and hubris becomes unacceptable. “A little goes a long way,” is a popular quote that fits the term hubris.
