…women in today’s society or we really respected for our opinions, ideas and accomplishment or are we just used for sex, comfort, cooking, and taking care of the family? Overall the story was a good one but some major conflicts could have been easily resolved. The women in this story showed great strength, courage and honor. Therefore, the status of women in “The Iliad” isn’t either bad or good, but one of respect.
