…lives of the SEMA chimpanzees. Ian’s article describes the setting and type of interaction that takes place behind the doors of SEMA. In the description however, the chimpanzees are replaced with images of human infants. Overall the article raises many valid concerns and issues that surround the suffering of animals in many different forms and environments. I found the article very well written and kept me captivated (no pun intended) from the very beginning.
