For example if we started with “I feel that Bob Hawke is a man with a demonstrated ability to argue” and not gone with his opening statement of his childhood adoption. The whole concept would be unrecognizable. So now we know why people with a good family background and a good childhood are going to have reasonably good lives while people that live on the streets are going to hate theirs.
