The contrasting the opinions of Aristides and Tacitus

We have read the two source documents, which were written by Aelius and Tacitus. They had contrasting different points of view on the period of Pax Romana in the Roman Empire. First, they felt different about the emperor of Roman Empire. On the other hands, Tacitus thought the Roman Empire would be defeated by the Britain soon because Romana’s greed and tyranny already forced Britons have nothing to lose, also the Romanas did not have a strong army to defend them. In conclusion, Aelius and Tacitus had totally reverse standpoint because they belonged different tribes. If I lived in Pax Romana, I would agree with Aelius, but I would have sympathy for Britons.
