To die by fate or to die by carelessness. In the story “To Build A Fire” by Jack London, the main character died because of his imprudent actions and not fate. He could have changed the outcome of the story by thinking about things before actually doing them, and listing to his acquired wisdom from the old man. The old man told him some valuable information and he over looked the information and he mocked
extra clothes. The old man told him some valuable information that could and would have saved his life and he mocked him. The man died because of his negligence and not fate. There is no such thing as fate. There is nothing inside or around a person that presets the events and when they are going to take place in any one. The choices people make can change the out come of some ones life.
