The affect is not limited to children who are already disposed to being aggressive and is not restricted to this country. TV cartoons stereotype and discriminate against men, women, children, and many different ethnic groups. The Television medium is a very powerful element in our lifestyle and when used in a negative way, can be very dangerous.
