…keep their wealth the United States has decided to play “big brother”. Either foreign policy or human life will suffer in this situation. It is up to the leaders of the United States, to decide which is more important. I hope the leaders of the United States will make the decision that they know is right. It is time to make a complete withdrawal from Bosnia and use the funds to help repair domestic problems.
