Close- At any given day or time, the United States military could use weapons of mass destruction unjustifiably on a foreign nation or have them use unjustifiably on the United States. The Current policy has been shown ineffective to stop this and should therefore be altered the way I have specified in my case. This is why the resolution must be affirmed.
