Although both articles are extremely well written, well researched, only Heath, Bell, and Sternberg seem to explain it in such a way that its understandable to most people even those with limited knowledge of urban legends. And although Chattoe does a very well job explaining how a urban legends replicates it uses to much technical wording on his paper, leaving some of the readers confused.
