The Vikings were a people the seemed to have appeared from nowhere to the people of Europe during the middle ages. The people of Europe feared these new people and believed them to be a dangerous threat to their way of life. …stage as if out of nowhere but their influence on they was anything that. They made everlasting changes to the Europeans civilization that can still be felt today. No more was their influence felt then on the field of battle. They have numerous advantages over their European counterparts, everything from physical attributes, technology, to mental toughness. In the end however, the European civilization portrayed them as very dangerous, and every bit of it they deserved.
