Biotechnology as defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary is “the manipulation of biological organisms to make products that benefit human beings.” This in essence is biotechnology but one might still be confused by this topic. Biotechnology is not an evil word but one that is slowly starting to hit mainstream culture in our society. Biotechnology is in human past and present, because of the strong effect it has had one us, it will surely be a strong force in our future.
