Where have you been? What did you do there?

I could feel the rain on my skin as my classmates and I hurried over to the T station that afternoon. Tiffany, Kristy, Amy and I were making our way to our destination: Downtown Crossing. …At one end of the painting, I would paint a swirl of wet leaves, representing the many drenched leaves and shrubs I noticed along the way. At another end, I would place the CLF building, which would represent our shelter for the trip. The main focus of the painting would be people, though—people who on the whole, look like grumpy and distressed workers, but if you look closely enough, have smiles on their faces.
