Why We Shouldnt Advertise for Alcohol

The topic I chose for my persuasive essay is: “should we keep drinking commercials on TV?” In my opinion we shouldn’t. The companies that make and sell alcoholic beverages advertise their products on the TV and radio, in newspapers and magazines, and on billboards. …lives. It kills 6 ½ times more young people than any other drug combined. Each year in the United States 97,000 deaths are related to drinking to much alcohol. That is more than there are people in St. Charles, Aurora, and Batavia. In conclusion I do not think that we should continue to keep alcohol ads in magazines and on TV, etc. Just think, if we stop that we could save some lives. Some is better than none.
