…a separate functional department where as in Microsoft a select group of developers & testers are under the control of one project leader and who in turn reports to the project manager thereby sometimes leading to communication problem. The other problem with Microsoft is that all components are developed or created in 3-4 subprojects with constant enhancement with the feedback from the consumers where as in conventional method all the modules are created or developed simultaneously.
