The courts accused the district court with arbitrary conduct. I feel that this case is the types of cases that make a mockery out of the United States Justice system. We should expect the occasional corrupt judge, but we don’t expect a corrupt court. When I first read this article I couldn’t believe that this happened in the late 1930’s. I would think something like this would happen in the early mid 1900’s.
