change to probation

If I were the governor of Massachusetts I would not abolish parole. We need parole. The judges would let a lot of criminals off on probation if we didn’t have parole because they don’t want them sentenced to ten years in prison but, because they will be released in a year on parole they are all set on the sentence. We need to keep the space open for more hard core criminals that …

…their probation officer in some cases nothing happens. They get a default put against them they go to court the next day have it removed no big deal. Their on probation already get arrested two days before they have to be in court for an other offence and the only thing that happens is that they get more time on probation or more restitution depending on the judge you are in front of. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Bibliography**
