Within the passage entailing lines 1020-1060, Medea goes through a back and forth emotional trip, battling her demons. Her evil side rules in the end, as she kills Jason’s wife, father-in-law and her own sons in a murderous rampage. And with these actions; further proving, that Medea is emotionally unstable and evil.
